Some of my sisters started doing Weight Watchers this semester, and they look amazing! I like the fact that you HAVE to eat all your points before you go to bed. It's a good way to tell you that you shouldn't starve yourself. These girls are happier than I've ever seen them and if I was ever going to do some kind of weight loss program, this would probably be it.
The most imortant thing to remember about weight loss is that it is a lifestyle change. A diet is just that, a diet. Even by drinking all your water every day, and doing moderate excercise, you can begin to get healthier. It's all about moderation!
