Cool This is Tough...
It is HARD to choose just 5. In my opinion the 5 MOST beautiful women uncosmetically altered are:

1. Diahann Carroll
2. Phylicia Rashad
3. Debbie Allen
4. Nancy Wilson
5. Lena Horne
