Even though my father in law isn't a historical figure, I have to post a stupid quote from him for all the world to see.
KR's Father-in-Law upon being informed that KR's biological sister is pursuing a medical residency in transplant surgery:
"That's a really good speciality for a woman"
KR's Sister: "Why is that?"
"Because you'll get to be home a lot once you start a family"
KR's Sister: "How do you figure?"
"I doubt there are enough transplants going on to keep you busy fulltime"
