Sorry, forgot to mention the the chapter is in Iowa State University.

I will definately look more toward the conservative side and then have a sustainable plan of enlargement later on. Nothing can be worst for the morals of the chapter then having a 70 bed house with only 40 beds taken. I guess you can rent out the other 30 like many I've herd, but I also herd this disrupt the operation of the chapter.
