LOWS: I just lost a contract on a house that I feel in love with. I am so sad
. I did everything I could to get it-pre approval, credit approval, did not go down on asking price, I was going to pay all closing costs and I still lost it to someone else just b/c they are going to close in 2 weeks and I wanted to close in 1 month. I guess it wasn't meant to be.
