I donate now to the Pi Kappa Phi Foundation. It is just $20 a year, but it a good way to build a small nest egg. My chapter has an investment fund(CIF) that I would like to see grow so we can offer real scholarships to brothers who deserve it. I plan on donating money, even in small amounts, to it every year as well as to the Foundation. I really would like to see all of the alumni from my chater giving small amounts to the CIF every year. That way they are used to giving money and it becomes easier to give more money when it comes time for capitol fundrasing for a chapter house. I have been told by a few fundraising professionals that that is the way to do it.
