I'm not sure it this will help...
One suggestion would be if there is no one available to take pics that owns a digital camera, we can purchase a few disposables that have the CDs so the can be uploaded to the site or use a picture maker at Walmart / Walgreens / Rite Aid etc. and put pics on a CD then upload that way....
