It wasn't Zach and Jessie, it was Jessie and Screech.
Screech actually beat out Jessie for the Position and Jessie was quite upset. Screech being the nice guy he was gave up the position to Jessie. Jessie found out about this later and as she was about to give her speech told the class about what Screech had done and asked him to give the speech. Screech got up there to address the class but said that Zack was a better public speaker so Zack ultimately gave the valadictorian (sp?) address.
Yes, Zack almost didn't graduate because he was a credi/class short. Then he was going to be in the school ballet, but the nerds got sick so it was cancelled, but then Slater and Screech came to his rescue, and the ballet was saved.
Did I forget anything?
