I went by Alexis since my sophomore year in high school. In college, I was Lex, Lexis, Lexie, Allie, etc. When I got hired on as administrative support tech to the Director of Corporate Facilities Management. I was Alexis for about 2 months. Finally, Lexee started appearing on my memos. People would email 'Lex' and 'Lexis'.

So, I gave up and let them go by the shortened versions.
Speaking of, I had a roommate officially named Alexandria. She went by Lex, Lexi, Lexie, Lexee, Lexi-lu, Alex, Alexis, Alexa, L, Alexan.., Alexandra, and Alexandria. Always been one of my favorite names.

As for me.. Like Hootie said, there's not too much you can do with Amy . I've never had a nick name that EVERYone's called me, but some of the favorites among certain small groups of friends are Ames, Aim, Aney, Barg (long story, kinda like my last name), Amy Lou, Amy Lynn, Amy Leigh Anne, Amy LaBelle, and Amy Lee. Out of all those names, Amy LaBelle is the real one. I'm so sick of being just Amy that I'm thinking of going by Amy LaBelle. Anyone like that?
