I can agree with that. My mom named me Jennie (pronounced just like Jenny) rather than Jennifer. She didn't want the shortening of my name to Jennie and I was also named after a great-great-aunt. Anyways, now my family is calling me Jenn more and more often, and I just feel that it's more "grown-up" than Jennie (especially when you say it out loud rather than see it written out). But how to get everyone to call me Jenn? That's the question to answer for me, especially in an area FILLED with Jenny's!
