Only been to Fresno once... and that's just passin' thru. Just another urban sprawl in the middle of the San Joaquin valley.
And if you are averse to being called or implied that you are a 'person of size' you will not like the airport code for Fresno -- it's FAT (Fresno Air Terminal).
