 SDTSarah, repeat the following sentence after me. High number of members do not a strong chapter always make. I mean you sometimes get a strong chapter with just a small number of members. Case and point, I am a founding member and alumna of a small, yet strong sorority that is planning on growing. Besides your chapter is very young, be patient! Give it some time and it will grow. You are fortunate to have a wonderful advisor in that Pi Phi alumna and the ISC president. Don't feel sad! Celebrate your accomplishments, Most Improved GPA and a strong sisterhood are nothing to feel sad about or to sneeze at!! YOUR CHAPTER IS NOT WEAK!!!!
