*Bump* Great thread!!!!
I know I have a lot of 'favorite' memories, but I'll start off with one of the best:
Like a few other sisters have said, I didn't go through formal rush - - COB all the way for me...And even then I didn't want to do it.
In any case, I got coerced into going to a COB event (Picture-frame-making - - AND WE DIDN'T EVEN DO IT 'CUZ I WAS THE ONLY COB THERE!!!
)...It was a pretty good time, even though it turned into the Amy Show b/c I was the only cob there, for one, and for two - - I didn't think about it and HAPPENED to wear lavander and maroon
!!! Oy vey. In any case, I got invited (read: dragged) to help raid the FIJI house....I felt pretty special because they don't normally, on our case, take new membersthat haven't even been given a bid yet - - but they were adimate about me going!! We had the best time, shopping for the stuff, raiding the house, talking to the cops (
), and taking all kinds of pictures afterwards. That was my first experience with the group-at-large of SK at Ball State, and I woudln't trade it for the world. Perhaps I'll post one of the pictures some time.
