An update for those of you who live out of town.....

Alleluia! Though the serial killer has not been caught, we now have a name and a face. He is from St. Francisville though his home there has been abandoned for days. The Gold Mits. Mirage that he was driving when he tried to abduct and or rape three Breaux Bridge women was his wife's car!_ He was married at one time, at least as of '01._ At one time, he worked in Zachary and is also wanted for stalking women there._ I believe that there are two unsolved murders in the Zachary area, one of them was a home health nurse. This animal has a history of serving time in the West Feliciana jail._ In 1988, he was charged with unarthorized entry stalking and harassment and in '99 peeping in apts. in the same area.
LSU Chancellor Mark Emmert says that security around LSU will still remain high and Derrik Todd Lee's picture will be everywhere!
He will be tried right here in Baton Rouge when he is caught.
FBI agents all over the U.S. are looking for him. DNA was taken earlier this month from him and that matched the DNA taken from Carrie Yoder which matched DNA taken from all five known victims.
I don't know what kind of work he does, but he attended West Feliciana Vo Tech.
Once the car and the sketch of the man wanted for the rapes in Breaux Bridge was released, tons of calls came in from the West Feliciana area. His parents may still live there and he has worked in Lafayette.
He drives a big truck, I couldn't get a description of it.

quote from the advocate, heartbreaking
"Jane Lee, who identified herself as Derrick Lee's grandmother when contacted by phone in St. Francisville, told the Associated Press that police had questioned her Monday morning about her grandson's whereabouts. She said she had last seen him about three weeks ago.

Jane Lee said her grandson is married and has two children, a son who is about 12 and a daughter several years younger. She said she was concerned about the warrant but declined to answer further questions."
