kddani, well, I wouldn't have complained about the drink price - I've paid more than $10 for drinks before, but you better believe if they're going to charge that much they'd better get it right! But you're right that the owner was a jerk. When a customer has a complaint, the owner should try to smooth things out, not sit there and watch the game and ignore the situation.
