I've been on a big Neil Gaiman kick lately. For those of you that listen to Tori Amos and keep hearing a mention of a guy named Neil, that's him. The line "If you need me me and Neil'll be/Hangin' out with the Dream King" is a reference to his brilliant
Sandman series. I swear, I am moving to Minnesota and having his babies.
I'm also reading his
American Gods. Other books I'm in the middle of:
The Lovely Bones by Alice Seibold,
The Subtle Knife by Phillip Pullman,
Breakfast at Tiffany's by Truman Capote. Of course, that's not counting all the stuff I've bought but haven't read yet, or the stack of overdue library books on my dresser.
Of course, all of this is just filler until the release of
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
