I thought last night was boring. I was thinking that it was going to be better than it was due to the previews.
I wanted to smack Eva in the mouth though when she pulled that mess about Bird acting irrational in her place of business! I thought Bird did the right thing. She just gave Eva a taste of what Gigi (Eva's ex) did to Bird when she came up in Bird's shop and started some mess.
Let's talk about Maxine and Terri for a minute. I thought they were both so out of pocket! Maxine was rational, but Terri? She was acting like the world was going to end just because Bird kissed a woman! It ain't that deep Terri! Bird had a curiosity. She satisfied it (at least, that's what she said. I think she was lying), and that should have been the end. All of that mention about Lem and Jay? Bird ain't dumb. She knows what's at stake. I don't think Eva has that much pull to take Bird away from her family. I personally don't think that's the end of Bird and Eva though.
And yeah, where was that awful ring last night?
Usher's character was a mess. Looks like he's trying to sabotage his daddy and make Lem the fall guy. We'll see how that turns out.
Poor Ahmad. He's just going through growing pains. He needs to get some sleep though. It ain't that deep.
