No, Baron isn't Lem's dad. On the episode when Ahmad witnessed the murder and Baron was helping out, Baron let Lem know that he knew his mom and daddy from way back. Lem's daddy was also named Lem and Lem's mom put him out because he was out there bad. It would be funny if Baron really was Lem's dad.

Why would be sabatoge the plan like that? Did he think that he was hurting Lem? It is actually going to hurt Lem, but hurt his daddy more in the long run.
