I believe they are just trying to join that local Panhellenic. I would assume she would be grandfathered, but I am not sure. I have met the Gamma Phi Panhell rep and she is very nice, so maybe GAOgirl could email her with questions? I don't think GAO is old enough/established enough for NPC, but I could be wrong.
