LatinaAlumna, I am sorry for the delay in my response to your post. What I meant was the advisor in that school in Arkansas told me that while they would only take nationals, I would be more than welcome to establish a new sorority on that campus. No, you are not confused and you didn't read it wrong. This was what was actually the advisor actually told me.
