Keep at it. Prides have been kind of discouraging even when I was a member there, and as MEVP, I tried reinstating prides right before I left office. It's tough, but like nauadpi suggested, maybe there needs to be something attached to prides to begin with, until the other girls realize how much fun prides can be. Chapter retreat is also hard...the only one required is the one in January, and if sisters don't know about it way in advance, it's tough to plan to be there. It will happen, though. I have faith in all of you!
