Strangely, this is the second time I have heard about Morgan State rechartering the chapter of GSS there. The first time I heard about it was from one of my friends. She attends MSU and I just thought she had some type of interest in it. She kept asking me all these questions about GSS and that she was getting with some friends to recharter it. I didnt know she was for real?
