I say that it is a persons choice... like branding/pericing/tattooing/ and other body mods. They got it right when they said that its just like getting a breast enhancement, there are risks there too... and people do it.

Hell, they talk about the bacteria thing, my dad knelt on a pin or something small at work one day and almost had to have his leg amputated... so... hello even living is dangerous!
