Wow! This weekend has been crazy with Beta activities!
I just wanted to let my GC pals know that my chapter hosted a tea for the local Beta chapters yesterday. I was so nervous, but it went very well. Twenty-eight sisters attended. Some of the older sisters presented the Ritual of Jewels to our Founding sisters (including myself). The ritual was so lovely, and I adore my new sorority badge. I think I will get a torch guard for this one!
Also, CareBearBSP (my little) presented our chapter awards (thanks, Carey!), and I was awarded Woman of the Year
I was so pleased to have been chosen, and I was proud to show off my girls to the members of the Springfield City Council. Even though Springfield is about 30-45 minutes away, I think we will probably do something with them again. They seemed to enjoy hanging out with the "babies" of Beta Sigma Phi.
