okay, this is probably going to come out bitchy, but its really not meant to..so bare with me people...i really don't understand how in this day and age people say they can't afford a cell phone..there are so many providers out there that now have plans for as low as $20 a month, plus there are so many deals out there for free phones..i mean if its just for emergency purposes..believe me..i MORE then understand being broke and not being able to afford a lot of things...but i would imagine that $20 a month is worth it for the peace of mind it provides..
