I'm sorry your guy won't be able to attend graduation!
it seems like EVERYONE is having immigration issues it doens't matter the country of origin or reason for travel... i know a couple from HS that are getting married this summer... her parents' visa has been denied, so they will not be able to attend the ceremony.
Hopefully, the couple will be able to visit the parents overseas within the next few months.
