No! Alumnus is singular, just like you are. You are one person, one alum, so the gender of the word is what you are, not what all the school has. You are an alumnA, not an alumnUS. (Now if you were talking about, say, your entire graduating class, you would use the masculine if your class includes both men and women.)

It's just like ...your school has men and women, but just you are still a woman and not a man.
