I'm so excited!
Since I'm kinda sad about going alum soon, it's fun for me to read about people who are just starting their sorority experience...and in this case, it's especially interesting because you're starting from scratch!
Some advice for you...when my chapter was still a colony, our National consultant (who was awesome) constantly stressed publicity--we were encouraged to wear our letters as much as possible, do stuff like car washes to get our name out (and make $ as a bonus), anything to get people to recognize us...in a positive light, of course.
It worked pretty darn well for us, so I think you really should get on it ASAP. You're not NPC yet, so that means you can recruit over the summer.
Oh, and about the sorority nicknames...I don't think it'd take me long to guess which one goes with which.
Except the one about the group that's dying...I haven't been around enough to get that one.
