This school came up on the radar screen last year because that junior class decided to have the first intergrated prom. Those kids are now seniors and pretty upset as you can imagine that this year's jr class went back to the "old way"
You'd be suprise that things similar to this still happen. I live in a very nice neighbor hood in Stone Mountain GA. About 10 - 15 years ago it was all white. As blacks started moving in the white homeowers started moving out en masse. Talk about white flight! I understand that some folks got huge bargins on the house because people were just trying to get out before their property values fell
You see the same thing happening with churches as well.
