I think you need to set up a situation.
There are times when friends go out as a group and not everyone is equally "into it". As the evening drags on, the group can splinter and go different directions.
If you are observant, you may be able to notice an evening she isn't into and offer an escape. Like-hey, have you been here or have you heard this group...try to get her somewhere that has a really different atmosphere and yet allows you to talk. If she goes, the door has opened. If she brings everyone along...well,
you have a little longer to wait.
