I would just like to say that it is not healthy for someone to want to lose 30 pounds quickly. Why does everyone try and take the easy way out? the best way to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF, is to eat right, and excerice. An ideal weight loss would be 1-2 pounds a week. When you lose weight quickly, you are losing muscle, not fat. Products such as Metabolite might produce fast results but the weight will not stay off, guarenteed. Let alone the phyisical damage you could do to your body. I commend the girls who want to lose weight, but for your own safety and health, do it the right way.
