Catwoman I would have to agee with you, the old fashion way is the best way, good diet and exercise. I believe that any form of dieting medication is not necessary and good for your health. One reason is because you lose the weight to fast and they are altering your eating habits. Know, I am not quite sure but it seems to me that something that make you not hungery or eat less must be harmful to your body and your other organs that feed off of the nutrients and vitamins that are in most of the food that you are elimenating in you life. I would suggest that you go on a fruit diet and buy fresh fruit, not those in grocery stores that are pumped full of preserves and hormones, try farmers market and exercise to tighten up any loose muscles.
