Hey ladies. Metabolife worked for me. I started taking it in December of 98, and by March 99, I had lost 27 lbs. It works different ways for different people, but for the most part, if you make sure to drink enough water and eat enough food, it should be allright. Try to take the minimum possible dosage. I think I was taking three a day. If you are consistent with it, you should get results. Today, I think I'm 6 lbs over what I weighed when I stopped taking it over a year ago. All in all, it worked for me.
