Hello all.......i just found this forum and this is my first time posting.
i have to say that starting an exercise program of walking and light weight training combined w/ a low-carb diet has really helped me to lose a few pounds and maintain the weight loss. i've never been that physically active and as i got older it started catching up with me......things began to spread!

so i just started walking every day, 20 minutes to start until i was walking an hour at least 5 days a week. i did some research on different forms of exercise and discovered that walking is one the most beneficial exercises you can do and it has absolutely helped me maintain my weight and tone-up!
