Hi, thought the following advice might be of some help to you on your weight-loss journey.
Try to stay away from the carbs, usually on a carbohydrate-restricted diet you will lose fat tissue faster.
I am currently trying the "Atkins" way of eating (I hate the word diet), and it has proven to be VERY beneficial to me. What I found out from trying to change my "carbo-holic" eating habits was that Diets high in sugar and REFINED carbohydrates like bread, pasta, cereal, and other mainly "low-fat" processed foods increase our body's production of insulin (sugar). When insulin is at high levels in our bodies, the foods we eat can get converted into body fat, in the form of triglycerides (to top it off, high triglyceride levels in the body are one of the greatest risk factors for heart disease). I was diagnosed as having border-line high cholestorol

. After trying Atkins, my triglyceride levels have dropped and I lost 19lbs in 1 month (some people may think that this is a rather high amount, but I have quite a bit of weight to lose). Hope this helps you out!! Good luck to you, Email me if you'd like for more info.
