You may want to try Mayo Clinic Diet also known as the All Protein Diet. You can drop 10lbs in 10 days, then after the 10th day you will lose a 1/2lb. every two days. You can look up the whole diet on the internet. Of course, you have to be careful going on ANY diet because, dieting is not good for you especially black women because we sometime gain more all the weight back plus a few more pounds than before we started.
