Another clarification:

Please note from a previous post: fat cells and muscle cells cannot change from one to another....They are two different types of cell structures....

Second, in case anyone was wondering, muscle does weigh more, but an interesting fact: muscle cells are more compact than fat cells, thus the reason that you can weigh the same, but lose inches, thus appearing smaller...
