The Rock Hall is totally not worth seeing. I was so disappointed.
Your mileage may vary, but you might want to have a backup plan in case you do it in an hour and are like, "Now what?"
I would suggest the Cleveland Museum of Art (assuming you like art) or the Crawford Auto Aviation Museum (assuming you like cars).
