Last year, I saw a girl come through rush who had pledged us the previous year but dropped soon after Bid Day because she wasn't satisfied with our sorority--she had her heart set on one of the biggest houses on campus. Well, I noticed her on Open House day...but my jaw about hit the floor when I saw her back the next day!
Evidently she slipped through the cracks and we didn't realize who she was or she would've been cut, but I couldn't believe she had the nerve to come back. Why? If I were her, I would've begged off sick or something, just so I wouldn't have to go back in the house I had dropped...especially if they knew the reason why. She did get cut after that round, though, I think, and I don't think she ever pledged anywhere.
