First let me apologize to SeekSensation. When I reread my post I saw that it probably came across like I was interrogating you. That was not my intention! My post really came from my confusion at not only this post, but the recent controversy over the recently formed fraternity Alpha Kappa Sigma Omega (not trying to be funny, I just can't remember the name). I can certainly understand stand being a bit perturbed at folks who try to 'bite' your style in blatantaly obvious ways, but some folks (not just you SeekSensation) need to let stuff go!! What I really find amusing is that some of these same folks that get all riled up talking about fighting somebody are the same ones who extol the virtures of pledging and the discipline that it brings. But I'm gonna leave
that alone!!
In the years during and after college I have seen several fraternal organizations start. The ones that have a pure driving force behind them, a well thought out vision and plan and the committed folks to carry it out last. The ones that don't have these things tend to fade--all by themselves. Most intelligent folks can see through the phonies.
Regarding opinions....My disagreement with the opinions you expressed does not mean that I don't think you should have an opinion, it simply means I disagree and wanted to futher explore your ideas with you. That is why you posted this, right?
