My concerns:
1. Tracheotomy-not good.
2. Pneumonia-not good
3. Don't know if he has damage.

4. Has a coma ever been mentioned? NO, but he is minimally responsive....NOT GOOD!
5. His vocal chords? I think just having him alive and getting him to respond is MORE important at this stage.
