ok now correct me if i'm wrong but...when u recharter a chapter part of it is taking in the first line (line A) and you must successfully bring in another another line to show that you know how to pledge the next line and to show that the chapter will not die back out cuz you can successfully bring in another line. so line b was brought in by line a. kind of showin that u can keep the chapter alive or somethin to that sort...i'm sure dardenr will be on soon to correct me lol
