I have some advice for. Dont automatically give bids to the "cool/pretty" guys, those are the ones who are only in it to wear the letters. They wont be there when the shit hits the fan. My chapter is full of them and socially we are the coolest fraternity on campus but those same cool guys are not around when there is work to be done. DONT LET YOUR CHAPTER BECOME ONE THAT ONLY 20% OF THE BROTHERS DO ALL THE WORK AND THE OTHER 80% ARE JUST PRETTY BOYS. find people who are down for the cause, in the long run they are cooler then the pretty boys.
