I can remember a case back in the early 1990's in Glen Ridge, NJ... Where this 16 y.o. white mentally incompetent girl was rape by 5 white guys and the lawyers in this case did not even tried to blame the victim...unlike this case!
Matter of fact, the white guys in the case were urged to plead guilty and serve their time... The girl in this case was treated much differently than this younger 13 y.o. by all the attorneys and the white community was appalled that these young men did this to a mentally incompetent girl... This 16 y.o. with the mental age of a 10y.o. was not required to defend herself and her actions, and matter of fact, she too had a similar past sexual history (oral sex) with 1 of the guys that raped her.
Makes me wondered why this young Black girl regardless of her situation must be more accountable and why she should be blamed and somehow wanted to be gang-bang by 20 men...: I say, this 13 y.o. should have been treated the same way that white girl in Glen Ridge, NJ... By the way, people who have the nerve to actually think that this 13y.o. did not scream, cry or act like anything was wrong probably wanted the sex, should step in her shoes, this girl was probably traumatized and her brain probably shutdown, because frankly, the ideal of 18-20 penises being jammed into me for 10hrs, gots to be very painful and frightening....
Damn, I am getting so angry knowing that somewhere in this world a 13y.o. girl experience such a traumatic thing like this... Frankly, after reading this story, I believe, that this girl was set-up by the first guy, the stupid immature 18y.o. Why??? For all those guys to just conveniently show up after he had sex with the 13y.o., just doesn't make sense, and I believe they were told to be there for the gang-bang party and I wouldn't be surprise, if other young women/girls in that neighborhood were rape and treated the same way, could be why they are pleading guilty so quickly before the other victims start coming out of the closet...
