Sometimes what is legal is not morally right.
These guys seem to be trying to be considerate neighbors after they were made aware that their actions disturbed others. Maybe she should plant some trees or a hedge to block the noise and the view! She is stirring up the other neighbors who may or may not have been bothered by the whole situation. I agree that to move into a neighborhood and then complain about your neighbors or wish for different neighbors is dumb. There are other places to live that would meet all of her criteria.
