I understand everyones opinions on the issues.. and personally I would have thought the same thing, but actually in cases like this (every case is different.. different facts and stuff) the woman would probably win. She could actually sue them to be enjoined to stop their current actions.. i.e. stop having parties and the such... force them to move out. its a private nuisance in this instance I believe (no lawyer here, I am studying to become a town planner .. so I have had land use law classes).

There have been a bunch of cases as much as you might not agree wtih them where people have moved in after others and made them stop their actions.. (farming, business, etc.) because it infringes on their right to enjoy their property...

now there are right to farm acts in many states though that prevent surbanites from moving in next to a farm and forcing them to move bc of the smell and such..
