This is absolutely disgusting...their defense attorneys should not have had a case to even fathom bringing on this little girl...to echo what some of you have said: A) She was mentally imcompetent and B) she was a minor....enough said. I cannot believe those young-grown men did that to her and I don't believe the time they are going to serve is justice enough. If I were her attorney, I would have sought the death penalty on this one. I mean she was raped for 10 hours!!!!
Imagine the physical and emotional scarring she will have for life. If I were her mother, they would not have to worry about the courts handling this one. I would be more than happy to serve my time. What is the world coming to? What happened to parents teaching their children traditional morals and values, what happened to being accountable for your actions, or treating women with some kind of dignity and respect. My blood is boiling on this one.
