I remember when this first happened. I was so upset that the Timothy McDonalds (Concerned Black Clergy President, noted rabble rouser) and Billy McKinneys (Cynthia's pop, former State Legislature and noted rabble rouser) of the world did not come out in full force saying throw the book at them. They were very quiet. If the defendants had been white it would have been a different story.
How can someone with the mentality of a 2nd grader consent?!?!?!
