I am a HUGE fan of deferred recruitment. Yes, numbers might be smaller, but I've heard that attrition rates are much higher for schools that have Recruitment before classes start--which is just wrong on so many levels.
Our Recruitment starts the last week in January/first week in February, and goes for two weeks--each organization has 1-hour parties.
