We do deferred recruitment as well (starts MLK weekend). We are a smaller campus though (5 sororities) so it only goes Sunday, Monday, Friday night, Saturday which probably makes a big difference.
I believe our Rho Chi's go neutral all Fall semester as well but I could be wrong.
